Proposed Itinerary

  • Day 01
    Arrival in Dimapur | Transfer to Kohima- Arrival at Dimapur Airport and transfer to Kohima (approx. 4–5 hrs drive). In the evening, visit local bazaars and explore traditional Naga food culture. Check-in hotel and overnight stay in Kohima.
  • Day 02
    Kohima Sightseeing - After breakfast, full-day exploration including: Kohima War Cemetery (WWII memorial), Nagaland State Museum, Catholic Cathedral, Heritage Complex (Hornbill Festival venue), Village walk experience. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
  • Day 03
    Khonoma / Touphema Village Excursion - After breakfast, drive to traditional Angami tribal villages.

    Option 1: Touphema Village – tribal lifestyle experience
    Option 2: Khonoma Green Village – eco-heritage settlement & morung houses

    Return to Kohima. Overnight stay in Kohima.

  • Day 04
    Kohima to Imphal (160 km / approx. 6 hrs) - Drive to Imphal, capital of Manipur. Visit: Shri Govindajee Temple, Kangla Fort, Khwairamband Women’s Market. Overnight stay in Imphal.
  • Day 05
    Imphal - Loktak Lake & Moirang Excursion - After breakfast, proceed for the excursion to Moirang and surrounding attractions including Japanese War Memorial, Keibul Lamjao National Park, Loktak Lake (largest freshwater lake in Northeast India), Sendra Island viewpoints, Floating islands (Phumdis). Return to Imphal. Overnight stay in Imphal. 
  • Day 06
    Imphal Departure - After breakfast, transfer to Imphal Airport for onward journey. Tour concludes with unforgettable cultural memories.
